Ryan Seymour Suspended for PED Violation: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction

The Cleveland Browns lost some depth along their offensive line Monday because guard Ryan Seymour was suspended four games for a PED violation, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

Seymour is fighting for a roster spot in training camp this season, but he appeared in 11 games in 2014 and even started three contests at center after Alex Mack broke his leg. The former seventh-round draft pick has worked as a reserve center behind Mack in training camp.

Seymour addressed the suspension in a statement, per Tom Reed of the Northeast Ohio Media Group:

Seymour is not expected to start for the Browns this season, but he does provide important depth for one of the bright spots on the team.
