We had a little bit of a Showdown Sunday as two of the better teams in each conference (Vikings-Eagles in NFC, Steelers-Patriots in the AFC) faced off. Considering the result of each game and the circumstances (injury woes for the Vikings and Steelers), I’m not sure we have much glaring clarity about where any of the teams will wind up. But we definitely saw some notable things elsewhere around the league, like the Chiefs revving up, Jay Ajayi joining select company, the Falcons and Bills melting down as they looked to take the next step, a lot of bad coaching decisions (evergreen comment), some ridiculous individual plays, and a flying young Jets receiver.
