Joe Thomas Comments on Johnny Manziel, Hue Jackson, Browns' Draft Plans

Cleveland Browns left tackle Joe Thomas spoke openly about the team's future while attending a local home-and-garden show Thursday, per Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.

The nine-time Pro Bowler and six-time All-Pro lineman began by calling quarterback Johnny Manziel's situation "a sad ending," as it appears the troubled player's days in Cleveland are numbered.

Manziel started the Browns' Week 16 game against the Kansas City Chiefs but apparently suffered a concussion toward the end. He did not play the next week and failed to attend concussion-protocol meetings—allegedly heading to Las Vegas instead.
