Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said he was not pleased to see a video that appears to show rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott at a marijuana dispensary just hours before Thursday's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The celebrity website TMZ posted a video that appears to show Elliott inside the Herban Legends in Seattle, but the video did not show Elliott buying anything.
Washington is one of four states that allow the sale and possession of marijuana for both recreational and medical use. The NFL still prohibits the use of the drug.
"Well, I think that in and of itself the reason we are talking about is in a way part of the learning process," Jones said.
