Jamaal Charles injures knee; Chiefs fear it's a torn ACL

Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles left in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears with what is feared to be a torn ACL, a source informed of the injury told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.

The initial diagnosis was made after preliminary tests were performed on Charles' knee after he left the game. The Chiefs will know more about the injury once he undergoes an MRI.

Charles went to the ground grabbing his right leg after a non-contact injury before being helped off the field.
