Dez Bryant limited in return to practice

The Dallas Cowboys have their star wide receiver back.

Dez Bryant practiced today for the first time since Sept. 11, coach Jason Garrett announced. Bryant was limited in his return.

It's a tangible step toward game action for the veteran pass-catcher who hasn't played since breaking a bone in his right foot against the Giants in the season opener. It's unlikely Bryant will be a full participant in Wednesday's session, but hope remains that he can suit up Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.

Bryant has spent two-plus weeks engaging in on-field rehab and resistance training, while also receiving a stem cell injection in his foot to accelerate the healing process.
