Day 3 starts with Titans taking Angelo Blackson

The Titans have begun Day 3 of the 2015 NFL draft by selecting Angelo Blackson, a defensive tackle from Auburn.

Blackson was the Titans’ fourth-round pick, No. 100 overall.

There was talk that other teams were trying hard to trade up to No. 100 overall, but the Titans must have liked Blackson a lot and decided to stay put to get him. He’s a big, sturdy run stuffer who fills a need in Tennessee.

With Day 3 kicking off, the NFL is trying something different: The draft in Chicago has moved from inside at the Auditorium Theatre to outdoors in “Draft Town” at Grant Park, and teams are announcing their own picks, in their own cities.
