Sunday’s game in Baltimore has been rained out, and it will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Aug. 25. Game 1 will be at 1:05 p.m., and Game 2 will be at 7:05 p.m.
At least it wasn’t scheduled for this month. Already the Yankees, who have played just 55 games, among the least in the majors due to rainouts, have a pair of doubleheaders in June, one Monday in Detroit and the other June 18 in Washington. They also have a contentious doubleheader scheduled for July 9 in Baltimore.
