CC Sabathia returns to the Yankees tonight to face the Orioles for the series win.
Yesterday did not go as planned. Well, one part of it went precisely as planned. Masahiro Tanaka giving you eight innings of superb pitching while giving up only one run and striking out ten is always part of the plan. The Yankees' offense only scoring one run off of a not that great Orioles' pitching staff is definitely not what any of us had in mind. Ah well. It's tough to complain about the offense lately, as they have been coming up big for a while now.
