Reporting for mercato365.com, Ignazio Genuardi writes that struggling Ligue 1 club Bastia is in the market for a defender, and has eyes on Lorient's Lindsay Rose.
Lorient is currently in even deeper trouble than Bastia: bottom of Ligue 1, and presumably somewhat envious of Bastia, who enjoy the relative comfort of 16th. But the Corsican club hasn't won a league game since September and just lost senior defender Sebastien Squillaci to a long-term injury - so there is room for improvement at Bastia also.
Rose has not been getting much time on the field for Lorient so far this season, so perhaps he will be allowed to move, but Genuardi advises the player's contract runs to 2020.
