12:35 pm: Jacob deGrom is still scheduled to start Friday's home opener, Terry Collins said.
In the event deGrom leaves to be with his wife, who is expecting the couple's first child, Bartolo Colon will start instead.

According to the NY Post, deGrom will leave the team at a moment's notice when his wife goes into labor with their first child.
Her due date was Tuesday, April 5.
"I am excited about both," deGrom said after Tuesday's game, according the Post. "If she calls, I will be heading to Florida, but I'm still getting ready to pitch the home opener.
