The Syracuse Mets scored early and often in last night’s game against the Norfolk Tides. Mark Vientos hit a two-run homer in the top of the first inning, and Luke Ritter hit a solo shot in the top of the second to give Syracuse a 3-0 lead. Syracuse plated six runs in the top of the third, on a pair of doubles from Nick Dini and Luke Ritter, followed by a single from Johneshwy Fargas.
