Harvey remains winless in June after start cut short due to rain

New York Mets RHP Matt Harvey's start on Tuesday lasted just 3 2/3 innings due to an 83-minute rain delay in Tuesday's 5-0 loss to the Washington Nationals.

Harvey allowed one run, four hits and three walks and left the game with runners on the corners and two outs before rain stopped play.

"I worked so hard over the year to finally figure some stuff out, and then Mother Nature takes over," Harvey said after the game. "I'm not really looking at it as stepping stones anymore. It's a long season. There are battles throughout.
