It is time for A Pod of Their Own’s third annual Dollars For Dingers fundraiser! This year all proceeds will go to the National Domestic Violence Hotline (@ndvh) given baseball’s ongoing domestic violence problem and the rise of domestic violence around the country during the pandemic.
Each year we ask that our listeners pledge money for every dinger the Mets hit in the final month of the season. This year we have added another section for bonuses is you would like to add an extra incentive. So far we have bonuses for favorite players, grand slams, strikeouts, manager ejections, earrings, nips, and Busch Lite.
