Tim Hardaway’s second Knicks act excites one team exec

Allan Houston is excited to see what Tim Hardaway Jr. can do during his first year of his big contract with the Knicks.

Houston, the Knicks’ assistant general manager and a former guard who played for the team, was at Hofstra University on Friday working with his youth program, FISLL, which stands for faith, integrity, sacrifice, leadership and legacy. The program was started by Houston as a way to facilitate character-building and basketball skills in kids.

Hardaway signed a four-year, $71 million contract this offseason to return to the Knicks, the team that drafted him in the first round in 2013.
