Nets 116, Knicks 109: Scenes from a rough loss with some silver linings

The New York Knicks continue to circle the toilet bowl, this time losing to a severely shorthanded Brooklyn Nets squad on national TV. The game wasn’t as close as the final score would indicate, thanks to a good old fashioned fake Knicks comeback, but the second half was pretty fun regardless.

Cheers to Julius Randle, who played the Nets’ lone star, Kevin Durant, to pretty much a standstill on the evening. Randle continued his incredible play with 30 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

It wasn’t enough, however, as the Knicks couldn’t stop dudes like Bruce Brown, Jeff Green and Reggie Perry.
