Matt Barnes will be suspended for two games by the NBA for his off-the-court, love-triangle clash with Knicks coach Derek Fisher, sources told Yahoo Sports.
As first reported by The Post, Barnes drove 95 miles in a fury on Oct. 3 to confront Fisher over his romance with Barnes’ estranged wife, reality star Gloria Govan.
“Barnes went crazy. He got in his car and went to the house and went after Fisher,” a source said. “Matt then drove down there to beat the s–t out of him.”
The confrontation turned physical, and the two men — former teammates on the Lakers — briefly scuffled.
