The Knicks didn't land the top overall selection in Tuesday's NBA draft lottery, but they should still be able to find an impact player with the No. 4 pick.
Between now and the June 25 draft the Daily News each week will offer a mini-mock draft of the projected first five picks:
1. Minnesota, Karl-Anthony Towns, 19, C, Kentucky: The New Jersey product and lifelong Knicks fan would've been the ideal building block in New York, but the two-way center will join last year's No.1 overall pick, Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins, to help lead the Timberwolves back to respectability.
