Johnson, a Bellport, NY native, played collegiately at West Texas A&M and spent time on the Bills’ active roster and practice squad in 2014. After signing a reserve/future contract with the Bills last December, Johnson was waived by the Bills in June. The 6’3”, 260-pounder finished his college career with 16.5 tackles for loss and eight sacks.
The 6’7”, 280-pound Maneri, a Saddle Brook (NJ) HS graduate, is in his fifth pro season. He signed with the Jets in June after Zach Sufeld was placed on injured reserve.
