The Jets reduced their roster to 75 players today as they waived/injured S Dion Bailey, DL Jake Ceresna and RB Romar Morris.
Bailey, claimed off waivers from the Seattle Seahawks last September, appeared in five games with the Jets last season and finished with 22 tackles. The 6’0”, 211-pounder made his first career start at strong safety in Week 9 vs. Jacksonville, matching a career high with six tackles and adding half of a sack.
A New Fairfield, CT, native, the 6’5”, 285-pound Ceresna played collegiately at Cortland while racking up 14.
