The stalking incident in which FOX Sports sideline reporter Erin Andrews was filmed by Michael David Barrett in 2008 (the video eventually popped up on the Internet) hasn't been completely resolved.
The Smoking Gun reported Andrews is seeking $75 million in damages from the Nashville Marriott where the filming took place. Andrews had filed a lawsuit against Marriott International in 2011:
"Andrews alleges that Marriott workers helped facilitate Barrett's videotaping by first revealing that she was a guest at the Nashville hotel, then disclosing her room number, and finally by agreeing to Barrett's request to be placed in the room next door to the broadcaster.
