The NFL's organized team activities are voluntary workouts - not mandatory sessions that must be attended by every NFL player - and Jets defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson wants everyone to know that.
On Friday, Richardson, who did not attend Gang Green's OTA session this week, made that clear to everyone, in a post that reminded his critics that, like anyone with a job, he has a life past his job.
"I have a life outside of football n I chose to enjoy my family a little longer," Richardson said on Twitter. "So to u fans that know everything please worry bout yourself.
