Lee scores twice in Islanders 3-2 win over Blues

Anders Lee scored the go-ahead goal with 7:18 left in the game to boost the Islanders to a 3-2 win over the St. Louis Blues on Thursday, and the team’s fourth win in five games.

Lee scored right off an offensive zone draw. Casey Cizikas won the face-off and sent the puck right to Lee, who fired the quick slap shot past Blues’ starter Jake Allen. The Goal was Lee’s second of the night and his eight goal of the season.

The Islanders forward has been on fire as of late scoring six goals in his last eight games.
