The Islanders host the Flyers once again at the Coliseum tonight after celebrating the festivities of Bill Torrey Night. We all hope for a much better result than the previous time these two met, this past Sunday at the Coliseum where the Flyers defeated the Islanders 4-1; they would’ve been shutout if not for a garbage time goal. The teams in the Metro surrounding the Isles in the standings keep winning more often they lose, so it’s important that the Islanders keep pace with them at least, and return to dominant form and pull away from the pack at most.
