Forward Brooke Ammerman signs with Riveters

The The New York Riveters have signed forward Brooke Ammerman out of the University of Wisconsin. The move to bolster the offense comes one day after they improved the defense with the signing defenseman Gabie Figueroa out of Princeton. General manager Dani Rylan announced the signing.

Ammerman was an offensive juggernaut with Wisconsin. She finished her career as the fourth highest scorer in the club's history with 241 points in 152 games. Her 98 goals are third in Wisconsin's history.

Ammerman has won a litany of awards throughout her career as well, but perhaps the most notable one was the offensive player of the year award in her sophomore season.
