Did New York Giants coach Pat Shurmur take a shot at Odell Beckham Jr. with a hydration comment during the coach’s appearance Tuesday on WFAN Radio with Mike Francesa?
Shurmur was talking about placekicker Aldrick Rosas when he said this to Francesa:
“He has the mindset of a football player,” Shurmur told Francesa. “It doesn’t matter to him if he got a good night’s sleep or he was hydrated or any of the sports science stuff. He just just out there and kicks.”
Beckham, of course, has had to leave the sideline early on a number of occasions this year reportedly to receive IVs to combat dehydration.
