EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- In addition to wide receiver Victor Cruz, the New York Giants have ruled three other players out for Sunday's game in Buffalo. Defensive end Robert Ayers (hamstring), tight end Jerome Cunningham (knee) and defensive tackle Markus Kuhn (knee) all will miss their second straight games due to injury.
