Giants bust Damontre Moore is one of AAF’s first breakout stars

A pair of headphones led to Damontre Moore’s exit from the Giants.

Maybe his making some noise will bring him back to the NFL.

Moore, a 2013 third-round Giants pick who never became the pass-rush force they hoped, put on a nice clinic for himself Saturday, trying to show the NFL he hasn’t run out of shots.

Now a member of the San Diego Fleet in the Alliance of American Football, Moore was all over San Antonio quarterback Logan Woodside, sacking him once, hitting him six times and finishing with five tackles in San Diego’s 15-6 loss.
