Former New York Giants wide receiver Preston Parker has been arrested down in Florida for gun and drug charges.
Preston Parker, an Atlantic High School football star who played at Florida State and in the NFL, was arrested Thursday in Boca Raton on felony charges.
Parker is facing charges of cocaine possession, using or displaying a firearm during a felony and destroying evidence. Parker is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $6,000 bail.
Parker was released by the Giants this past season after struggling during the first few weeks of the regular season.
