When Ryan Nassib's name was mentioned at the end of Thursday's Tom Coughlin/Doug Marrone press conference in Jacksonville, the reaction was mostly surprise and/or amusement.
But the query brings about another question: Who will be the Giants' backup quarterback in 2017?
The Giants only have two quarterbacks under contract for next season: Eli Manning and Keith Wenning. Manning needs no introduction. Wenning is on a futures deal after spending the last two weeks of the season on the practice squad, and has never thrown a regular season pass.
