He got caught by the cops in 2016 after allegedly dropping a bunch of drugs out of his car window.
The former NFL wide receiver was arrested Monday in Boynton Beach, Fla., after police said he tried to ditch a bag of marijuana during a traffic stop, according to the Palm Beach Post. He reportedly resisted arrest after cops retrieved the weed and tried to take him into custody.
Parker remains in jail Tuesday morning pending a bond hearing.
