Annie Apple, the mother of New York Giants cornerback Eli Apple went on a Twitter rant and had no problem with ripping owner John Mara last week when everything went down with Josh Brown.
Eli Apple talked about his mother’s reaction after Sunday’s win over the Rams.
“I know she’s very vocal about that type of situation and that topic is very important to her, so I can understand where she’s coming from,” Apple said, via Newsday. “In the same time I know that in my position I just have to do my part, just play football and do what I can do.
