The Six-Pack is a collection of American legislative bills that give citizens refunds. There is a $2.5 billion surplus in Montana that has not yet been used, but $764 million of it might be returned to the people.

These laws have now cleared their final hurdle and are on their way to Governor Greg Gianforte’s desk. There are additional measures that will assist in reducing capital gains tax, paying down state debt, and allocating $100 million to a fund for highway construction.
