Three NYCFC players have received U.S Green Cards, freeing up three International Player spots for the 2017 MLS season.
Jack Harrison, Eirik Johansen and Ronald Matarrita have all been granted permanent resident status in the United States, effective immediately.
As residents, the three players will no longer occupy International Player slots on the roster, meaning NYCFC are now using nine International Player slots out of a possible ten.
