Saints’ Drew Brees has shot to make more NFL history against Lions

By now, fans are probably getting used to the notion that New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees can easily threaten the NFL record books in any game he suits up for. Week 13’s game against the Detroit Lions is no different, as Brees could make some more history with a stellar game against a pretty stout passing defense.

Brees needs just 413 passing yards to become the NFL’s first QB to reach 4,000 passing yards in their first 12 games twice. Brees previously stamped himself in the 4,000-yard club in 2011, while Peyton Manning (4,125 yards - 2013) and Andrew Luck (4,011 yards - 2014) joined him later.
