New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan has played more snaps than all but two NFL defensive linemen this season, but that doesn't mean he's had a clean bill of health throughout 2016.
Jordan revealed Monday he dealt with a sprained medial collateral ligament (MCL) in his knee earlier this season, confirming what was in a report from Sports Illustrated on Sunday.
The report, which details recovery routines for four NFL players, said Jordan suffered the injury in the Saints' Week 2 loss to the New York Giants. Jordan played 100 percent of the defensive snaps the following week in a loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
