Recently signed New Orleans Saints linebacker Jason Trusnik didn't have to go far to stay in shape while waiting for a phone call to return to the NFL.
Trusnik, who was last with the Minnesota Vikings in 2015, and former NFL punter Reggie Hodges co-own Pro Sports Performance, a training facility in Strongsville, Ohio.
So, finding a place to work out wasn't an issue for the ninth-year pro.
"It was easy because I was going to my own facility working out and being ready for that call," Trusnik said Wednesday with a chuckle. "As far as being football ready, I think I'm in shape and all that.
