Jrue Holiday is no longer a member of the New Orleans Pelicans, but his heart is still with the city and the entire state of Louisiana.
Holiday is one of several former Pelicans who are teaming up to try and help after the state was devastated by Hurricane Ida.
Jrue and Lauren Holiday – as well as former Pels Langston Galloway, Frank Jackson and Jahlil Okafor – are committing to donating four trucks of supplies, including 200 generators to Hurricane Ida relief efforts in Southeast Louisiana.
