Anthony Davis left the game in the second quarter Friday due to a right shoulder injury, but he was able to recover quickly and return to the court before halftime. It still was a bit too late. In the finale of a six-game road trip, the Clippers took advantage of Davis’ brief hiatus, rapidly erasing a nine-point deficit and turning it into a 60-57 edge at intermission. Los Angeles pushed its advantage up to double digits for a large chunk of the latter half, en route to a victory in the finale of a six-game road trip.
