The New Orleans Pelicans have quite the conundrum at the center spot.
With Omer Asik not living up to expectations, the Pelicans were forced to ride a majority of last year with Alexis Ajinca carrying the center minutes. Let’s give him this…he was not terrible. He was able to score efficiently and spaced the floor pretty well for his position.
The issue comes down to this: His limited upside is mostly on the offensive end.
His defense is a glaring issue to his game, as his weird posture leaves him extremely vulnerable to problems.
