DALLAS – Wednesday morning, the Conference USA office announced has been named the Conference USA Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week – making her the first-ever Aggie to claim a CUSA honor since the program joined the league last summer.
Last week, Pinaieva finished 1-1 in both doubles and singles play to lead the way for Aggies during their two-match stretch in Montana where they collided with Montana State on Saturday before taking on Montana on Sunday.
While in Big Sky Country, Pinaieva served as the lone Aggie to earn wins in both doubles and singles play over the weekend.
