LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State track and field gets set to begin in 2019 season when the squad travels to Albuquerque, N.M., for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational that begins on Friday, Jan 18. The two-day meet is set to take place at the ABQ Convention Center and is hosted by New Mexico.
Some of the top returners for the team include Lashira Tremble, who set the program record in the 60m dash at the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships in 2018 when she took home the gold with a time of 7.
