PHARR, Texas – The Aggies will return to Las Cruces with their heads held high following a strong showing at the 2024 WAC Championships where they logged their best finish at the conference meet in three years.
After being left out of the pre championship poll in which a vote of the league's coaches selected the top three teams entering the week, the Aggies fought tooth and nail to claim third as a team – tallying 504 total points during the four-day meet inside the Pharr Natatorium. Ultimately, it was Northern Arizona who came out on top of the standings – finishing with an astounding 841.
