ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The University of New Mexico women's basketball team (2-4) will look to break its four-game slump in a tough matchup Saturday against the visiting SMU Mustangs (5-2). The teams will tip off at 1 p.m. on Saturday at WisePies Arena - The Pit for the 50th anniversary of The Pit celebration.
In honor of the special event, which will honor the rich history of the iconic arena, the venue will be chock full of giveaways, alumni, special tributes and more!
