We continue our top 25 New Jersey Devils players under the age of 25 series today. Last week John revealed the outsiders, those players who just missed out on the top 25, and I revealed the bottom 5 of this year's list. This post will reveal those players that were ranked in the bottom of the top 20. This group includes 4 fairly recent acquisitions by the New Jersey Devils with a couple of 2015 draft picks and free agent signings. It also includes a young defenseman that could once again see time in New Jersey this season.
