Former Devils winger Dave Andreychuk headed to Hockey Hall of Fame

The Stanley Cup eluded former Devils forward Dave Andreychuk for over two decades.

Thankfully for the all-time leader in power-play goals, the wait to enter the Hockey Hall of Fame wasn't as long.

Andreychuk, who donned the red and black from 1995 to 1999, will enter hockey eternity this November after being eligible for nine seasons.

He finished a 24-year career with 640 goals, 698 assists for 1338 points and will be joined by fellow forwards Paul Kariya, Teemu Selanne and Mark Recchi.

Retired women's ice hockey player Danielle Goyette, as well as former coach Clare Drake and Boston Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs are also on their way to the Hall.
