FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – What did we learn from watching Bill Belichick mic’d up on Showtime’s “Inside the NFL” program on Tuesday night?
1. Before the game, Belichick sought out Vince Wilfork on the field, smiled, and cracked, “Since you won’t come over and say hello to me, I want to come over and say hello to you.” Belichick then wrapped his left arm around Wilfork for an embrace before wishing him good luck and saying he would talk to him after the game.
2. In a pre-game hello with Texans defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel, Belichick was all smiles.
