What did Bill Belichick think of the Patriots' color rush uniforms?

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick discussed the team's 27-0 victory over the Houston Texans for 22 minutes in his standard day-after-game conference call Friday, and one lighthearted topic was broached on the team's color rush uniforms.

In 2002, then Patriots captain Lawyer Milloy had asked Belichick if the team could wear blue pants with blue jerseys for a home game against the Green Bay Packers, creating a look similar to what we saw Thursday against the Texans.

The Patriots played poorly in that game in a losing effort, and then in the next game after that (a loss), so Belichick was asked if he felt like Thursday night helped provide some better memories for him with the blue on blue combination.
