Los Angeles (AFP) - Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday he regrets the language he used in discussing upcoming NFL playoff foes New England in a locker room speech, but he'll punish receiver Antonio Brown for streaming it live on Facebook.
In a fiery, and he believed private, address to his players after their victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Tomlin said the Steelers had "spotted those assholes (the Patriots) a day and a half" of preparation time for next Sunday's AFC championship game.
The 10th-year Steelers coach was unaware his comments were being recorded, and on Tuesday said that Brown's decision to stream them was "foolish," "selfish," and "inconsiderate".
