FOXBORO — The most notable absence from Wednesday's practice, defensive end Rob Ninkovich, was back this morning when the Pats warmed up in shells on the lower grass field behind Gillette Stadium.
Ninkovich, who was listed with a shin injury on Wednesday's practice report, was one of four active roster members who were held out of that session.
The only players who did not make an appearance in today's 10-minute window the media was allowed to view were cornerback Justin Coleman (concussion) and offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer (ankle).
Defensive back Patrick Chung (foot) and linebacker Jonathan Freeny (hand) were wearing red non-contact jerseys.
